Each apartment boasts direct ocean and sunset views on one side and Kapiolani Park and Diamond Head views on the other side. Each unit has two bedrooms and two baths with parking,  keyed elevator, and central air conditioning. Pets are allowed.

Colony Surf is located at 2895 Kalakaua Avenue, the largest and tallest building on the Gold Coast and is home to the world famous Michele’s Restaurant, one of the most romantic places in Honolulu. Colony Surf is located on one of the swimming beaches which it shares with the Outrigger Canoe Club. There are oceanfront units as well as Diamond Head Units with ocean and mountain views.  It is a fee simple cooperative. It was designed by Mr. John Barkhorn who also designed Colony Beach next door and was built in 1958 on four parcels of leasehold land. It would take 44 years for Colony Surf to purchase all the lands underneath the building. The building is equipped with keyed elevators, 24 hour security, concierge, and building manager.
